We are so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products, we give you a full 10 days to try them! If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us for a return authorization number by email within 10 days after you receive your order.
Then you can send it back to us at the return address we provide to you.
Please Note the Following Conditions:
- No returns are accepted without a return authorization RMA number.
- Returned products must be in new condition with the original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We will send you an in-store credit for the amount of your return. You can apply it toward the purchase of any product at our online store.
- Some of our products have different return policies which are listed at the relevant product description pages in this website.
- Printable Sheet Music Downloads are not returnable.
Note that we only refund shipping costs for defective items or items that have been shipped in error. All returned items must be in their original packaging, complete with warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse. The packaging must also be in original condition.
