Music 44 affiliates can opt to receive detailed email reports for each order placed.
Comprehensive, up-to-the-minute Order Reports and Product Reports are available 24/7 simply by logging into you affiliate account.
These reports go far beyond simply showing the current amount you have earned. They provide valuable insight to customer behavior.
We strongly encourage you to evaluate the data in order to optimize your linking strategies and achieve maximum commissions. We want you to succeed! (For advice on how to make the most of this report information, please see.)
How to Earn More.
Email Notification
By default, when one of your visitors places an order, we send you an email showing you information about the order. You also receive an email if an un-referred customer orders any of your Music ValuePacks
You can switch off the emails if you don't want to receive them.
In your affiliate account, un-checking the box at the bottom of "My Affiliate Account" information page.
Report Archiving
At the end of every month, we close-out your "Current Batch" report, save it in an archive for you, and send your payment. At any time, you can login to your affiliate account in order to view your Current Batch and any previous batch. You Current Batch report includes only the orders that you have not yet received commission payment.
Your previous (archived) batches include orders that you have received commission payment.
Each report at your affiliate account is also available in tab-delimited text so that you can copy and paste it to a spreadsheet for analysis.
Order Reports
Your Order Report gives you vital information about orders referred from your website and un-referred orders of your Music ValuePacks, including:
The order date for each order
The order number for each order
The total amount (in US) of qualifying items in each order
The total amount of your commission for each order, automatically calculated at the current Sales Level commission rate. (When you achieve a higher Sales Level, your commission is recalculated at the corresponding higher rate when we close-out your Current Batch.)
Information about the customer, including the type of link used, search keywords (if any), the page of your website that referred the customer, and the customer IP address.
