The Heroic Suite is a rearranged compilation of pieces taken from various Telemann compositions for solo instrument and continuo (organ). In this arrangement, containing fifteen pieces, the solo voice is found in all the upper four voices and the continuo line is performed by the tuba. The pieces used in this arrangement are: Solemnity, Mercy, Valour, Sweetness, Tranquillity, Aria, Kindness, Minuet, Generosity, Loure, Majesty, Call to Arms, Love, Rejoicing, Jollity and Hope.
