The New Morgan Monroe all solid acoustics utilize a scalloped, forward-shifted "X" bracing system. Thinner scalloped braces create a less ridged relationship between the brace and the soundboard and the result is a soundboard that can vibrate more freely and produce the loud booming tone which defines their "Distinctive Vintage Voice". Everything about the M-20 is world class. A genuine family heirloom starting with aged AA sitka spruce top adds the rich natural tone and the solid east indian rosewood back and sides brings it all in focus.
