The Shannondale is a bowl-backed acoustic electric in the style made popular by Ovation. It features a rich looking Ash top, on-board 550EQ pre-amp, extended cutaway neck, chrome hardware and rosewood fingerboard. A PS-505 preamp/EQ system lets you dial in the perfect tone ant the whole unit runs off a single 9-volt battery! The protection and feel you get from the classic bowlback design is like no other. Utilizing a slightly more convex arch in the body design we've achieved a more comfortable and natural feel when in playing position.
